Initial Application

Phone Conversation
A 30-minute call with our team lead to discuss your background and answer your questions about the role. This is as much for you to evaluate us as vice versa.
Practical Assessment
You'll analyze a sanitized real client scenario and present your recommendations. We're interested in how you approach problems, not whether you have all the answers immediately.
Team Meeting
Meet the people you'd actually work with. Ask about day-to-day realities, client challenges, and what success looks like here. We'll discuss fit from both sides.
